It all starts with an email
After you’ve chosen your date, I’ll send over your contract and invoice. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to officially book, and the remaining balance is due the day of your session.
session Prep
After you’ve found the package that feels right for you, fill out my contact form and select the package you are interested in. I’ll then send over available dates so you can pick what works best. Weekends tend to get book fast due to weddings, but I have weekdays available.
Once everything is completed, I’ll send over my Session + Location Guide to help you prepare and choose the perfect spot. I’ll also reach out about a week prior to confirm details and finalize a meeting time and location.

I’ll check in with a text the day before to confirm everything and make sure the weather is looking good. We’ll meet at our planned time and location, and your gallery will be delivered online within 2–3 weeks.

CAN I HAVE THE RAW IMAGES?
I totally get the curiosity! But I don’t deliver raw images. Part of the experience you’re investing in is my editing style and the final polished look of your photos. The raws are like unfinished artwork—my job is to bring them to life for you! You’ll receive all the best, fully edited images that tell the full story beautifully.
HOW DO I PAY?
I make it super easy! Payments are made online through a secure link I’ll send your way. You can pay with a debit or credit card—whatever’s easiest for you. A 30% non-refundable retainer is due at booking to reserve your date, and the remaining balance is due the day of your session or 1 month before the wedding.
WHERE DO I PRINT MY PHOTOS?
You can order high-quality prints directly through your online gallery—super easy and professional-grade. If you prefer to print elsewhere, I recommend using a trusted lab like Miller's Lab or Bay Photo Lab to ensure your photos look their best. I’m always happy to guide you if you need help choosing!
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
If the weather isn’t cooperating (especially for outdoor sessions), I always check the forecast and will contact you ahead of time if we need to adjust start time or reschedule.
HOW DO I PICK OUT LOCATIONS?
I will send my location and a session guide, which includes many spots to choose from along with tips for preparing for your session. Some locations have a travel fee due to the distance, which can be paid via Venmo or added to the invoice. If you have a location in mind, I'm open to it!
