My Process
let's create the Wedding of your dreams
Secure your date
It all starts with an email
Once you decide we are a match, I will send over the invoice + contract. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to officially book, a payment midway to the wedding, and the remainder due a month before the wedding.
wedding Prep
Once you’ve selected the package that aligns with your vision, fill out my contact form and note your choice. I’ll follow up with a detailed guide, along with curated add-ons to personalize your experience. If you’d like, we can connect on a quick call to go over questions or, when you’re ready, I’ll send over your proposal to secure your date.
Once everything is completed, I’ll send over my Wedding Guide to give you insight on everything from timelines, vendor referrals, family shot lists + more. If your session comes with an engagement session, you will receive a Session + Location guide to prepare. We will decide on a date + I’ll reach out about a week prior to confirm details and finalize a meeting time and location. Your gallery will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.

Wedding day
I will check in at the 2-month mark to start making our timeline. A wedding questionnaire will be sent to gather all the info I need to be prepared for your wedding day. We can also hop on a call to go over the timeline if needed. I will check in a month before to see if anything has changed. On your big day I will arrive at the planned time and capture everything. You will recieve sneaks within 72 hours and your full gallery within 8 weeks.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
CAN I HAVE THE RAW IMAGES?
I totally get the curiosity! But I don’t deliver raw images. Part of the experience you’re investing in is my editing style and the final polished look of your photos. The raws are like unfinished artwork—my job is to bring them to life for you! You’ll receive all the best, fully edited images that tell the full story beautifully.
HOW DO I PAY?
I make it super easy! Payments are made online through a secure link I’ll send your way. You can pay with a debit or credit card—whatever’s easiest for you. A 30% non-refundable retainer is due at booking to reserve your date, and the remaining balance is due the day of your session or 1 month before the wedding.
WHERE DO I PRINT MY PHOTOS?
You can order high-quality prints directly through your online gallery—super easy and professional-grade. If you prefer to print elsewhere, I recommend using a trusted lab like Miller's Lab or Bay Photo Lab to ensure your photos look their best. I’m always happy to guide you if you need help choosing!
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
If the weather isn’t cooperating (especially for outdoor sessions), I always check the forecast and will contact you ahead of time if we need to adjust start time or reschedule.
HOW DO I PICK OUT LOCATIONS?
I will send my location and a session guide, which includes many spots to choose from along with tips for preparing for your session. Some locations have a travel fee due to the distance, which can be paid via Venmo or added to the invoice. If you have a location in mind, I'm open to it!
